RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn. The returns process is simple - contact us within 14 days of delivery to inform us you wish to return an item and your reason why. Contact details can be found below.

 

We offer a 14 day return policy for all full priced items. As long as they are in their original condition, unused and unworn with all original packaging, items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note. We do not cover the cost of returning items.  

 

Personalised items or bespoke items are non-refundable. See below for our return policy on sale items.

EXCHANGES:

If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, we will invoice the difference to you. When you contact us regarding an exchange, please let us know which item you wish to purchase instead and we will do our best to reserve it for you or make one up for you.  You will be charged the postage cost for all exchanged items.

REFUNDS:

We will happily refund any collection item purchased at full retail price, so long as you inform us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item, and that the item is returned in its original condition, unused and unworn and in the original packaging. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. Personalised items are not eligible for exchange or refund.  You are responsible for the safe return of the item and it is recommended that you use Royal Mail Special delivery which will provide insurance cover, tracking and proof of postage for the safe return of the item. We are not responsible for any item that goes missing in transit when being returned to us.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:

Quality of craftsmanship is of the upmost importance to us, but if a product is found to be defective on receipt, it will be repaired or exchanged for a new product at no additional charge.

SALE ITEMS:

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty outside of the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period as dictated by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. To take advantage of the Distance Selling Regulations please contact us prior to sending the goods back stating you wish to return them under this scheme.
